To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一班人gathering 食乜好？最近發現太子花園街有間「亞南雞煲」CP值高、味道都好好。而且食物種数選擇多，有花膠、鮑魚、帶子、海鮮、靚牛………今次我哋叫咗個花膠鷄煲，花膠份量夠多，我哋另外加咗帶子、鮑魚。雞煲啲鷄肉夠滑又入味。花膠夠稔又多。食完鷄煲就繼續打邊爐。我哋叫咗極品肥牛拼深海龍躉片！牛肉夠靚又新鮮，龍躉肉質鮮甜結實。呢間除咗雞煲好味，小食都好出色！脆炸牛坑腩、椒鹽鮮鮑魚，份量夠多。材料夠靚。大家食到好滿意😊
