就咁睇餐單種類都幾多元化,餐單分左廚師發辦、壽司、火隻壽司、軍艦壽司、卷物、刺身、小食、壽司拼盤、手卷、海鮮丼。今次我同朋友食左一碟刺身拼盤、自選12件壽司、燒白鱔、日本雞腎串。出餐算係幾快,好快就4碟上枱,各碟賣相都好吸引,好高質,以下係我既食評。燒白鱔:食落口感都幾香口,魚皮既部分燒到脆脆地,但一d都唔燶,廚師應該落左少少鹽調味,保留到魚既原味,絕對唔腥。日本雞腎串:夠熱,爽口,係簡單用左鹽去調味,適合唔鍾意食濃味既朋友。刺身拼盤:1.牡丹蝦:無雪味,食到蝦肉鮮味。2.海膽:處理得非常好,海膽味好出,好新鮮,完全無怪味。3.金目鯛:肉質鮮嫩,口感一流,無雪味4.赤貝:好新鮮,無雪味,肉質好滑嫩5.深海池魚:無雪味,肉質一流6.拖羅:油脂分佈平均,夠大塊,又新鮮。壽司12件:壽司飯軟硬度適中,比較鍾意食火炙左口魚、火炙帶子、池魚,肉質都新鮮,有魚味,無雪水味。整體而言,小食、刺身、壽司既質量都高,對得住呢個價格

整體而言,小食、刺身壽司既質量都高,對得住呢個價格
