To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過長沙灣突然好想食壽司,經過看到元氣有lunch set 就進去試一試！這間元氣轉了電子落單，利用新幹線快速上餐。我點了竹輪卷湯烏冬配壽司，$78 套餐有茶蒸蛋、沙律、六件壽司、一罐飲品及湯烏冬。份量很大！除了有紫菜包住的壽司比較差外（紫菜已經放完相信放了一段時間），其他壽司都比不錯，尤其是火炙類的壽司都是暖暖的，相信比較新鮮～
