Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自助餐一份我係小弟最愛，所以今日去沙田做嘢，正諗緊食乜咩好個陣時就諗到不如去食自助餐 ，於是我就上網睇下有冇邊間自助餐係有靚又正嘅。但係發現其實選擇都唔係好多，成個沙田區大概只有三四間酒店，係我揀個時竟然發現我揀嘅間餐廳竟然係有鵝肝。 係有鵝肝＋鵝肝＋鵝肝因為好重要所以要講三次真係估唔到三百幾自助餐竟然會有鵝肝食。 於是直接打個電話竟然今日都有位，所以就訂左今日食啦～一去到就發現其實都幾full下，所以我諗我訂到其實都幾幸運。 講番嘢食先，佢亦都包括左一般自助餐應該有嘅嘢食，就好似日本魚生，中式炒粉麵飯等等，日本魚生都幾新鮮，炒粉麵返就有一定味道。 （即係普普通通LO）最欣賞係佢嘅長腳蟹，真係好大隻，可以媲美到我一隻手指，長腳蟹肉又好實淨，好過其他自助餐廳 。當然最欣賞嘅就梗係我期待左好耐嘅鵝肝啦，佢係即煎嘅，所以都好入口即溶香脆，不過要等耐啲啲，但多士就比較諗啦，可能因為放得比較耐，唔係即刻焗嘅。不過如果淨係計囉塊鵝肝就一流呀。到自助餐最後仲有甜品表演。整體評價8\10都算抵食

Other Info. : 啲STAFF態度麻麻，打去問有咩PMOMO,又好敷衍我，好似唔想我去食咁。不過餐廳WAITER嘅SERVICES都OK
