同好耐無見嘅朋友聚下(成幾個月啦陰公),今晚真係正能量爆燈!訂左位,好快就入座,由入門口至上菜招呼都幾好。嘩個柑桔醬燒蝦球 $128爽口兼大隻,酸酸甜甜又有少少清新,推介~我最鍾意「炸炸」聲嘅啫啫煲,啫啫生菜煲 $108就岩哂,上菜連隔離檯都話「好香」!唔係講笑,色香味全~師傅勁,整到隻椒鹽豬手勁香酥,外層味道似「x大大雞扒」,一口連埋裡面嘅骨膠原,非常滿足! $46/件咋!好鬼抵食~呢兩樣朋友叫嘅。水煮深海鱈魚柳,望落以為我會食唔到,非常濃烈麻辣香氣,裡面有滑一滑嘅鱈魚柳、薯粉、雲耳。原來味道一d都唔辣,而且香味留喺口中好耐,幾好味。個欖角蜆肉炒飯,乾身,有鑊氣,多蜆肉,有水準!部長忙個不停喺魚缸撈長腳蟹、龍蝦、鮑魚,新店都咁好生意,襯未有太多人知黎多幾次先得。
