The Crab Roe/Tomalley/Liver/Coral/Brains or combination, whatever you are used to calling it, was chilled way too solid and also lost a fair bit of its original attractiveness.

Jade Whelk (翡翠螺) was quite rubbery and tasteless, its nowhere near fresh at all.

I have little clue on why this shop is inundated with customers indulging in their frozen seafood stuff. Similar seafood can be bought from Citysuper or even eaten at Mr Steak a la Minute buffet, which tastes much better.
The hot food seems to be better in comparison however, as I was happy with it last time ! : http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2073468
