I lifted the nori as I wanted to see if there was a real egg yolk inside but it was egg yolk paste.

It was so damn delicious when I took a bite because the paste tasted like an actual egg yolk and there was so much, it seemed like there were 1.5 egg yolks inside.

Just imagine having Japanese pearl rice with runny egg yolk!
