Frosting: creamy and cheesy
Personally, while I liked the cake, the frosting was not great. It was like cream cheese smeared on top, rather than like frosting. I would have preferred a different, firmer texture. I obviously don’t know how to describe the frosting that I’m craving. Perhaps I’m thinking about buttercream frosting? I don’t really know… but I do know that it’s difficult to find a good cupcake nowadays! Any recommendations, anyone?
