The cheese tarts come in two types of cheese: Gouda and Edam.  I bought six, three of each flavor. The Gouda was darker in color and had a stronger cheese taste. The Edam was sweeter and a lot more creamy. Each had a slight taste of lemon. The tart shell was soft and crumbly. These were really excellent! Boyfriend reheated one in the microwave and they were even better as it had a custard like consistency. These were good cold or warm.
