Platform is a cafe located in The Sam Village in Tai Wai. It serves different brunch dishes that are quite innovative and instagrammable. I ordered their famous French omelette with brioche this time. The omelette is filled with ricotta cheese, bacon, minced pork and veggies. The omelette is really thick, smooth and buttery but I find the portion of the filling a bit small as the omelette kind of lacks flavour. The brioche is toasted right on point, crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. The portion of the dish is really big, so make sure to share it with your friends.
