While the crowd is at the newly opened ramen joint, I decided to check out the tapas here.
It was really hard choosing the dishes because every dish was captivating.
In the end, these were the dishes that I had:

Salmon combo: salmon rilettes, salmon roe wonton and crispy fish skin
The surprise was at the very bottom, the salmon roe wonton which was delicately dipped in batter and fried.

The [Golden mini fish and chips] were fresh anchovies coated with salted egg yolk served with tartar mayonnaise.
It was very evilicious with the richness and saltiness of the salted egg yolk.

Ordered the [Paravian Roasted Chicken] because it was marinated in dark beer, cumin seed, rosemary.
The cumin flavours were very pleasing.

The roasted quail was stuffed with wild mushrooms and minced beef on a bed of crispy olives which complemented it very well.
