The 煲仔飯are as delicious as it looks. We ordered one with Spanish sausages and pork rid which is tradition and one with seafood and garlic sauce which is in new style. There is scorched rice in the pot bottom of both煲仔飯which is crispy and the soul of 煲仔飯. The creative ingredients also mixed with the rice successfully.
And I cannot miss the special red bean ice. One is mixed with milk tea and one is mixed with coffee. It upgraded this traditional Hong Kong style tea house drink again to a tasty and creative level.
