Staff at reception look puzzled. Waiting staff are few and far between with no sense of urgency to clear or reset tables.The queue of hungry punters waiting only to register their place in a further queue for a table is no reflection of how busy this establishment is.Rather, it is just utter poor management. Rather, it is just utter poor management. But staff or management are obviously not concerned. The location is clearly targeted at tourists and so no second thought needs to be given to ensuring customers return.
What amazed me the most was seeing 2 staff sitting down and setting the table together at the most carefree pace and time to spare for a leisurely chat. You wouldn't suspect there would be a crowd of queuing customers onlooking in despair.
Once you do manage to be seated and grab a staff's attention to place your order, the dishes does arrive promptly (a far-cry from what you would have experienced thus far), the portion size is generous and the food does taste good.
Would you want to come again though? Probably not.
