兩年多前,LA Creperie上過榜,當時跟媽慕名去到灣仔店。星期六的下午,全店滿座,有不少一家大小的外藉人士。以航海做主題,店員們都穿上水手服,播著柔和的音樂,洋溢著週末的悠閒,輕鬆又舒適。繼上環後,LA Creperie進駐銅鑼灣,選址L Square,位置方便。主題一樣,木系餐桌,融入自然。調味料以小燈塔盛載,杯子亦印上燈塔,主題到處可見。午市套餐推出不久,而且免除加一服務費,免費送上親切、友善的服務。席間,碰到杯子,水濺到桌上,才剛反應過來拿起紙巾,店員已拿來枱布,把枱抹乾。其細心的服務實在值得一讚。午餐選擇分成三個等級,配餐飲,可以加錢轉其他飲品,如餐廳招牌的Apple Cider,又可以加$20/$30配甜薄餅作甜品,豐儉由人。Apple Cider有dry/sweet選擇。涼而不冷,氣泡細密,十分順喉。甜的較似蘋果汁,雖不會太甜,突顯蘋果的清甜,但不及dry的酒味重。Homemade Fish Soup Served with croutons and cheese濃厚的湯,把蔬菜打成蓉,帶沙沙的口感。魚鮮極濃,愛魚之人必試。怕魚腥的話,可以加芝士,本已軟腍,放入湯內輕

Homemade Fish Soup 
Served with croutons and cheese
濃厚的湯,把蔬菜打成蓉,帶沙沙的口感。魚鮮極濃,愛魚之人必試。怕魚腥的話,可以加芝士,本已軟腍,放入湯內輕微融化,清香的芝士跟魚的鮮味混在一起,稍為中和魚鮮,是另一番滋味。麵包粒脆而不硬,被湯浸腍,吸滿魚湯的鮮味,十分好吃。可是,作為主菜的話,份量不夠,適合細食的女士,吃完湯再加個甜薄餅就剛好。

Lettuce, chicken, croutons, apple, walnuts, blue cheese
薄餅變奏,由沙律開始,到主菜和甜品也有。雞肉沙律混了藍芝士,在沙律菜、車厘茄、蘋果等一遍清新之中,偶爾吃到頗濃的芝士味,為味蕾帶來衝擊。墊在底,薄薄的crepe無論味道和口感,意義似乎不大。

Blue cheese, cream, spinach, linguine pasta
當大家都表態喜歡龍蝦意粉,我卻獨愛藍芝士扁意粉。帶魚鮮的蕃茄汁和爽口的龍蝦肉不俗,亦較清新,沒有忌廉和芝士的滯,但不及少見的藍芝士特別。厚稠、濃郁的芝士,加了忌廉煮成細滑的汁,使彈牙的扁意粉入口感覺滑溜,味道濃郁而清香,不會很重。菠菜跟芝士和忌廉向來都是天作之合,跟意粉一腍一彈,做成有層次的口感。

Galette La Marin
Scallops, bacon, mushrooms, creamy white wine sauce
跟其他鹹味薄餅不同,四邊並沒有摺起。三角形薄餅的中央,堆起餡料。白酒忌廉汁濃而不膩,煙肉不鹹,跟忌廉汁很夾。白汁加上新鮮蘑菇的野菌香,比現時大多濫用黑松露的菜式,多一份自然的清新。微微煎過的帶子,相當嫩滑,但略嫌表面欠煎過的香。帶麥香的薄餅,柔軟帶韌,為配料提供最佳的襯托。比煙三文魚、菠菜、蛋和忌廉的La Piano,味道濃些,也較特別。

Black Cod Fish Fillet
Steamed black cod fillet served with homemade tomato and fish soup reduction sauce
大件厚身的鱈魚,肉質嫩實,不似牛肉的濃重,只有淡淡的魚味。魚上有切成粗絲的薑,薑不太辣,少少刺激,辟腥一流,雖然魚本來並沒腥。浸在帶魚鮮的蕃茄湯中,內有大量煮腍的黃椒、紅椒,清新、健康。不得不提那片麵包,塗滿牛油,軟實,煙韌,既有麥香,又有牛油香。表面烘至乾脆,吸滿湯汁變得重手後,入口盡是濃稠的蕃茄味,浸濕的麵包軟腍濕潤,比魚本身更有驚喜。

出身藍血,說的應該是這塊牛肉。來自法國的凍肉公司,不斷把冷風吹向凍肉,讓其在低溫下進入冬眠,保持新鮮,更使牛肉進入熟成階段。打成肉醬後做成漢堡扒,粗糙而不嚡口,肉汁豐盈,肉香十足。淋上自家製的磨菇忌廉汁,還有鵪𪂹蛋的流心蛋黃,跟肉汁混在一起,不錯。薯角不脆,但薯香突出,配磨菇汁很夾。

沒留意友人點了甚麼,以為是焦糖醬和蘋果,在焦糖裡吃到鹹味時,超級驚喜。焦糖的甜,跟鹹味又撞又夾,以鹹吊出甜,互相平衡,才是甜品的至高境界。比鹹薄餅厚的薄餅,濕潤,軟韌。

薄餅淋上朱古力網,遠看尤如蓋了塊朱古力網,叫朱古力迷心花怒放。朱古力醬濃郁,醇厚,份量剛好,給薄餅在味道上留有一點位置,比塗滿Nutella的薄餅細膩一點。中間細細粒的焦糖香蕉,帶來不同的甜,還可作飯後果,比配雲尼拿雪糕的另一款稍健康。嫌朱古力太甜,Crepe Honey Lemon Juice清清地,有清涼的雪糕,帶微酸可以一清口裡的味道,還有助消化。

Mango Sorbet, homemade lemon cream, flamed with Cointreau
要數最特別,一定是散叫的這款。店員在薄餅上淋上點了火的甜酒,噱頭十足。好睇又好食。雪葩清涼微甜,薄餅滲著淡淡的酒香。芒果的甜,少少檸檬的酸,跟酒精很夾,在口裡散發多層次又清新的味道。

店員服務一流,一行多人要求多多,換碟,加水,換餐具,全都帶著微笑逐一回應。薄餅份量看似不多,點了很多款,還有散叫的食物,埋單竟然每人二百餘元,在L Square吃得飽飽的,價錢可以接受。
