法國佬煮嘢食算係歐洲數一數二喇,今次我哋就揀咗呢間主打食crêpe嘅 “鹽花” 餐廳Fleur de Sel (Flower of Salt,雖然唔知同鹽有咩關係😂) 焗蝸牛Cassolette d escargots ($98):用牛油、香草和蒜蓉連蝸牛一齊焗,蝸牛焗完唔乾身,食落亦有幾香牛油味🤤 唯獨是蒜味唔夠出L'Escargot crêpe ($168):材料有蝸牛、蘑菇、煙肉、菠菜和由白葡萄酒煮成嘅汁,味道相當唔錯,連埋白汁和塊餅皮一齊食,本身以為會好油膩,不過好在食落唔覺!😎La Sarladaise ($178):材料有鴨肉、蘑菇、薯仔、番茜和蒜頭,食落偏向濃味,不過因為無乜汁,口感會較為乾身!不過好在個鴨肉唔會乾到柴咁,thanks god 🙏🏻甜品 Homemade Butter and Surgar ($58):味道唔算太甜,上枱熱辣辣,再起面頭灑上糖霜,充分表現出法國佬個種浪漫🤣簡簡單單,又完一餐🥹
