Have wanted to try Paisano's for a long time and finally had a chance to try a portion of the HUGE vegetarian pizza.The slice is of course substantial and filling. Even without any meat, the pizza was flavorful; you can taste the onion, olive, and garlic etc. The crust was crispy without being too thin, and best of all, the pizza wasn't really oily (unlike some that are sub-par, with excessive amount of cheese and oil oozing from every corner). I didn't indulge in one whole slice but about a third. However, it was satisfying enough without guilt!
