After trying a couple of the most recommended Bánh Mì's in Hong Kong, this is the place I visit again and again. The team behind Soho Bánh Mì are passionate about the food they produce and have pride in what they put together. This shows through in the taste and quality of their food. Everything down to the plates they use and the branding is well designed and top notch too. The roast pork, páte and pickled veggies are all made in-house with their own recipes and you can taste the freshness and the tlc that goes into them. The bread is delivered daily by a local baker and the crunch is fantastic.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the signature bánh mì and the Vietnamese iced coffee. The summer rolls are also brilliant- the home made peanut sauce that comes with them is also incredibly tasty! They occasionally have daily specials on the menu too which I keep saying I'll try but the signature bánh mì is so good its always a tough choice not to order it.
A massive thumbs up to the Soho Bánh Mì, well done!
