Beer is good, but customer service needs improvement.It was the first day of work. The scene was very chaotic. The staff at the entrance told us at 6 pm that the house was full and many guests were standing outside. We really wanted to try craft beer, so we chose to take out, but the staff has slowly ignored us and wandered and chatted in the store. We can understand that the first day of opening is very busy, but the arrangement is terrible and it is difficult to distinguish between employees

We can understand that the first day of opening is very busy, but the arrangement is terrible and it is difficult to distinguish between employees and customers. After ordering, we waited about 10 minutes to get the beer and charged a service fee. It is unacceptable to pay $ 200 to buy 2 craft beer with such service.
