Last time I missed their bagel. Although you cannot reserve the bagel in advance, you can message them to ask whether it is still available. That day, I was at Yoho and decided to try my luck.  This is their signature drink "Kumori Ringo" (I initially thought it was Kuromi).  I love how the 2 layers are so distinct when it was served. It is a mixture of espresso with apple juice and it was definitely a refreshing drink during the hot weather. The spherical ice also made the drink resemble a high ball. Looking forward to try their other desserts.
