Despite I loved the Archivist, I was at the Explorer Lodge today so I came to have an afternoon tea.I was attracted by the Nemo Waffle as it is not common. For the tart, actually it wasn't bad and I may have given it 4 stars had they removed the word pistachio. The raspberry and cheese flavors were tarty with a citric tone to it, which is actually my favorite. However, I really cannot taste the pistachio even if I just tasted the cream. I felt if they removed the word pistachio, I would have just expected a berry/citric cheese tart or for the green cream, they could have chosen lime instead to match the base of the tart and match Olumel's colour.
