Tucked away in the old neighbourhood of To Kwa Wan, Tanuki Coffee has a modern interior design that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding landscape. We tried their signature brunost cheese croffle and Korean-style egg drop sandwich, among others. Topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, salted caramel grizzle and gooey Norwegian brown cheese, the croffle was perfectly baked and had a delicious mix of salty and sweet flavours.
