We had just finished hiking and passed by this little gem late in the afternoon. We were famished and the fragrant scent of egglets was making us drool. The egglets were – of course – delicious! Freshly made and still very hot, the outer shell was extremely crisp and the inside was soft, creamy and, for lack of a better word, heavenly.
