— Loved the texture of their shaved ice as it was super light and fluffy. The hojicha taste was pretty prominent and aromatic though there was a slight salty aftertaste to both of the desserts. The inside of the shaved ice is packed with grass jelly which was smooth and lightly sweetened. Both shaved ice’s come with a side of tapioca pearls and their homemade taro balls. These were both super chewy and addicting. The taro balls were well cooked and had a pretty strong taro taste. Overall a well put together dessert.

Pic 2️⃣: 招牌牛奶冰 (芋圓• 珍珠• 紅豆• 仙草) - $80 hkd 🥛
— The milk flavour in this was so intense and rich, definitely worth a try if you’re a fan of milk desserts! Apart from the toppings mentioned above, this is also packed with red beans which weren’t overly sweet. The thick milk cap topping was super light and creamy, with a flavour even more intense than the ice itself. Personally thought this could’ve done with another crunchy element of some sort other than the choco crisp on top.
