This is my second visit to this outlet since 1 month ago. Ever since it opened an outlet at TST, i will patronize it more often due to its close proximity to my place. My reason for me visiting them so fast again was because they have 2 new cakes available, just in time for the upcoming Christmas. There were chocolate cheese bear cake and lemon cheese duck cake. Being a fan of chocolate, i bought the bear cake without any further hesistation.When i opened up the box, a cute little chocolate bear
When i opened up the box, a cute little chocolate bear appeared in front of me. Dark & white chocolate were used to decorate it to be in a shape of bear. It was so cute that we did not have the heart to cut open it and eat it.
It was something like a tiramisu to me, except there is no liquor in it. Texture was very soft and fluffy. Luckily, the cheese was not too overwhelming as there is a fine balance between cheese and chocolate. On the top of the cake, cocoa powder were scattered on it. It taste both bitter and sweet.
