是日去咗銅鑼灣行街,朋友好少渣主意諗食乜,銅記咁多好野食,千想萬想都未必諗到去打邊爐,點知佢話呢間正啊,咁就一於奉陪撐下老友。事原佢最近好似發咗達咁,所以今晚可以隨便叫,所以二話不說拎起餐單起勢剔野食。點餐紙一面睇哂,加上寫明烹煮時間,個人覺得都幾Friendly。首先湯底我地揀咗「紅油藥膳鍋(鴛鴦湯底)」,食辣又得、唔食辣都得,我唔食得辣嘛。等火鍋料同湯底其間,先去研究下醬料,每個人都分配咗一樽仔味碟,你可以為自己泡裝一碟雲南紅油醬,但我唔攪咁多野喇,照舊豉油炸蒜就算喇。題外話:茶介同醬料每位都會收番HKD25。其實配料都幾快上,可以話係靴靴聲咁不停上,放到成枱都擺唔哂。  本身個人都覺得火鍋料價錢稍為小貴,但見到實物擺碟同切功咁巧妙就立刻認同,值得嘅。眾多嘅食物當中,我認為有一碟係必須特別Highlight下,就係「極品手切肥牛腋(大盤)」,雖然HKD288,但水準就係超出預期,簡直係抵到爆。入口即溶,非常有牛肉味,諗起都口水流(太過份)。對於食肉獸嘅朋友泥講,4個人至少都要叫兩盆先夠喉。當然啦,食紅油鍋點少得腐竹、冬瓜、菜等等,整晚嘅火鍋料都比人感覺非常新鮮,絕對唔會比啲好似放咗

另外,墨魚滑份量都幾足,食落爽口合格。你睇下個薯片真係切到好薄,咁樣唔係想玩你或者我,平時個啲都可能太厚,可能要淖得耐啲,而家呢片一至兩分鐘都食得,好貼心。而田雞呢,試過之後嘅溫馨提示係,記住拎個鐵撈兜住咁淖,咁就唔怕熟咗搵唔番舊肉。

豬肉都算薄身易嚼,可以跟足佢個指引煮熟先食。但個人覺得都係比唔上牛肉好食,除非你戒牛啦,如果唔係都係大力推薦牛。

總結,烏冬乜乜乜真係唔洗叫得多,我真係燒壞腦先寫咗2,盡量可以慳番啲,專攻食「極品手切肥牛腋」,保守啲可以盡量叫咗普通一Round先,因為你會意想唔到地飽,唔夠先再叫囉。
