放工同同事一齊去銅鑼灣打邊爐。今次去呢間「尚鮮」依稀記得2017年食過一次,當時嘅感覺係餐廳嘅食材非常新鮮且足料,所以今日特登帶同事嚟試吓!由於時間仲係好早,所以唔駛等就可以入得餐廳!翻開餐牌,原本想嗌套餐,但同事提醒我他食量不大,於是就決定獨立叫!打邊爐第一件事當然係揀咗個湯底先啦!我哋就揀咗一個昆布湯底,店員告訴我們,湯底並沒有添加任何味精,大可放心飲用。昆布湯底味道清甜,而且入邊有好多唔同種類嘅菇菌,喜歡💕!至於嘢飲方面,就叫咗一個青檸梳打同洛神花蜜。味道唔算太甜,清新解渴!特別叫店員先將蔬菜上枱,咁樣食就唔會怕肥啦!食完,再就輪到手切安格斯牛肉。牛肉嘅脂肪紋好靚,牛味濃郁,肉質腍軟!之後就係一個海鮮拼盤,同上年比較食材同樣非常新鮮,最愛大蜆、聖子同生蠔!好正呢!大大粒😝。之後就到「估你唔到系列」:日式叉燒同粉絲。認真,我打邊爐嘅時候從來未試過落日式叉燒,嘗試後又覺得味道可以,肉質比較腍,但容易鬆散。而粉絲則能將湯底嘅精華收歸,所以味道出奇地好味,唔使一陣就已經清空。推薦呀!
