for main course, we had pork belly braised in coconut water, they were also some slices of young coconut in the broth. Sweet and savory, just the way I like it.
The bread is toasted just right for it to be dipped in the sauce.
The chicken might be the weakest link here for me, but the meat is still tender and seasoned right.
I think I'm just too full at this point? cuz I just downed a whole bowl of pho that I forgot to take a picture of. #eatingbeforephototaking #fail
