It's so rare to come by Nagoya Cuisine in Hong Kong since lost Japanese restaurants are either sushi, skewers, sashimi dons or omakase. I've been craving Nagoya style chicken wings since visiting Nagoya last year. The chicken wings were delicious, they were the next closest thing to Nagoya chicken wings I could find in Hong Kong so far, definitely a must try. However the eel rice was a big disappointment and far from Nagoya style eel rice which should be charcoal grilled making the eel nice and crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. The way they prepared the eel rice here was just glazing the top of the eel like creme brulee so there's a nice crisp at the top. But it really lacks that nice charcoal grilled flavor of Nagoya. Though I must give it some points for giving a thick piece of eel. Price wise, definitely not worth it.
