To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日食完，忍唔住第一次寫食評！午餐時間去食清湯牛腩河，牛腩非常「鞋」！而且牛腩比幾年前嘅味道差咗好多！食緊嘅時候，你哋樓面加廚房亞姐高談闊論炒股票我唔理啦！當時D客小到小貓幾隻你哋都可以傾到有人叫幾次落單都唔知！厲害厲害！梗甚嘅，亞姐你去完廁所，唔駛大大聲同同事分享廁所被客人用完嘅情況，同分析係邊一位客整污糟廁所呀！亞姐你自己都講：「見到連飯都嘔出嚟！」大姐呀！我食緊午餐架！仲有，餐廳內真係越嚟越污糟！你班亞姐有時間高談闊論吹曬水，但我唔見有人清潔，唔怪之得地面同牆都好似有層油禁啦！
