To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情持續，政府發明了ABCD區食肆，D區要食客打針，可以坐12位，但其實這間酒樓枱面不是太大，坐得有點迫。兩年來第一次這麼多人一起吃飯，全部也是點心，大致上是即製的，上菜時很熱。質素比較好的是櫻花蝦腸粉和菜苗餃，技術含量高。鳳爪排骨菜式的肉比較少，沒有鮮味，應該是成本問題，春卷亦較正常的細條，牛肉球和奶黃包份量正常，味道還可以。星期一至六有七折，假日有八折，有部份維港海景，客人也不多，有空的話可以再來。
