It was time for us friends to meet again. Since we wanted to go to Victoria Park to look at the lanterns, we wanted something that we hadn't tried yet in causeway bay. Environment & Cleanliness:The decor was simple, but the layout of the restaurant was interesting. There were some round tables on one side, which seemed to be where the families sat. The decor was simple, but the layout of the restaurant was interesting. There were some round tables on one side, which seemed to be where the families sat. On the other side, there were smaller tables that seemed to be where the friends/couples sat. Ha. Then, there were two booths in between and that is where the 4 of us sat. We all found the booth to be very awkward since it was just there in the centre. It felt too opened. However, the restaurant was very clean and since most people who were there sat for a long time so it felt very comfortable and relaxing for us to just chill there.
Service was excellent! They were polite, patient and friendly.Service was efficient and most importantly, they kept our waters filled.
Taste & Value:
If you ordered certain dishes, you could add $35 to make it a set, which included one trip to the salad bar, a soup and a drink so my friend and I shared this set. She had the soup, I had the drink and we shared the salad. We grabbed a bit of everything from the salad bar and the only thing that actually tasted good was the potato salad. She said the soup was okay and my orange juice was cold and refreshing. One mroe thing to add, you could add $8 for a dessert of the day, but we couldn't because it was sold out.
Despite the great service and environment, I can't justify coming back since the food was so disappointing.
