Ordered the Tofu, Bamboo Shoots, Mushroom, Bean Curd & Vegetables with Rice ($58) and Grapefruit Honey (I forgot the price, somewhere within $24-$28). Great food. Everything tasted natural. Ordered the Tofu, Bamboo Shoots, Mushroom, Bean Curd & Vegetables with Rice ($58) and Grapefruit Honey (I forgot the price, somewhere within $24-$28). Great food. Everything tasted natural. The veggies were fresh. I think there were at least 2-3 different kinds of mushroom in it, eggplant, carrots, broccoli, and the other things in the name. It was served to me extremely hot, so I burned my tongue, but that's my fault lol. The sauce was really good, it tasted different than oyster sauce. It wasn't too salty, just right. Although it made things hard to eat (I was using chopsticks, and my chopsticks skills are negative).

I ate at around 7PM, and for the second time in a row, I was seated right away. I have no idea what the dinner rush hour is in HK. The place is big with lots of tables, and it wasn't full when I came to eat.
