朋友M系美國🇺🇸返黎,梗系要帶佢食好野啦😘!上次食過銅鑼灣既Master Kama覺得好好味👅,今次就去位於旺角既Day and Nite by Master Kama喇👣!踏入餐廳,即刻見到地下用黑白色既瓷磚砌出MASTER KAMA DAY NITE字樣,有點懷舊既感覺💭。餐廳以藍白色為主調,走北歐風💙,淡淡既藍色牆柔和得黎帶點優雅🎀~餐桌同椅子都系淺色調,好柔和☺️~牆邊放左d小擺設同日曆📅。餐具都好有北歐既感覺啊🍴!龍蝦茶碗蒸($48):上次系銅鑼灣分店已經有興趣試🙊,今次終於食左👅。茶碗蒸所需材料簡單,但整得好味1d都吾容易👀。呢個雞蛋蒸得好滑,口感軟熟☺️,食落有少少日式醬油味。蒸蛋上面有1塊龍蝦肉,都幾甜啊!煙肉蘑菇忌廉汁意大利麵配62°C溫泉蛋($58):呢碟意粉🍝勁好食啊!我同朋友都好欣賞💛~意粉上有好多芝士🧀碎,啱哂芝士怪!溫泉蛋🥚蛋白系半透明既乳白色架(可能系62°C🌡️既功勞掛😛)!小妹將溫泉蛋🍳同意粉既忌廉汁拌勻左先食,mix埋之後個汁好好食啊🍽,creamy得黎又吾會過膩🤤~意粉好有咬口,彈牙得黎又吾韌👍🏻。食完發現個碟有字😝~低溫慢煮安格斯牛排配茄乾意大利飯($
