GOOD Friday, didn't plan for anything because many friends have fone for vocations. Just dinner for 2, and wanna have something casual at Time Square. Didn't really look around, and pop into Tony Roma''s, thought it should be fine, opened for many years here in HK. However, service sucks.
When we finished ordering, the salad came and it's not what we ordered. We asked, and another waiter came over and said it's not ours...then took it away. During the dinner, there were 3 times wrong delivery....and waiters look like they only physically presence without their mind...
When we get the bill, we didn't check it and paid by credit card, the whole process last for several minutes and I went to the washroom before we left.
When we went out, one waiter ran out and shout at us....sound like we skip the bill or what... and said they made a mistake, the bill we paid was not ours..what the.... it's 100% their fault and why they shout that loud in a public area, totally nonsense. Have they ever considered such situation has badly affected the customers? Absolutely, they don't use their brains at work. We went back and get the revised bill....and needed to ask several times to cancel the previous bill...so stupid.
To avoid causing bad mood after meal, won't come back again.
