The qualily of meat from a butcher shop was promising. The fatty portion was low for the grass-fed steak we picked, yet it was tender and juicy. The steak was char-grilled to the right medium state as we requested, and served with the Roquefort blue cheese butter, which enhanced the depth of flavor, suggested by the butcher at counter. Mustards were also offered depends on your preference on enjoying your meat.
