Breakfast - Poached eggs with hollandaise sauce, pork sausages, muffins, a small hash brown and a side salad. The hollandaise sauce was just right. It wasn't too sour or anything and it was pretty creamy as well. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. The egg-yolks were very runny and it was exactly how I like them to be. The pork sausages were regular pork sausages just like the one you bought from supermarket. However, the poached eggs went very well with the sausages. I never thought the poached eggs and pork sausages combo tasted even better than the one with smoked salmon. The muffins were very soft and fluffy. When the muffins got soaked up by the runny egg-yolks, it was like heaven in your mouth. The side salad was very fresh. The salad dressing that came with the side salad was very sour which actually balanced off the richness of the poached eggs and sausages combo. The hash brown was crispy, but it wasn't oily at all. The only downside of this breakfast was not as hot as I expected. Overall, I still loved this breakfast a lot.

Breakfast: Poached eggs with hollandaise sauce, smoked salmon, muffins, a small hash brown and a side salad. As mentioned before, the hollandaise sauce was creamy which went very well with the poached eggs and smoked salmon. The eggs were exactly the same as the one I tried with pork sausages before. The egg-yolks were very runny. It was a total satisfaction to look at how runny the egg-yolks were. The smoked salmon and salad were equally fresh. Once again the muffins were soft and fluffy. The hash brown was crispy, but it wasn't oily at all.
