Le Q is just near the Centre but it is not easily notified as it is bar on ground floor but turns into fine dining in upper floors. My friend who works in Central brings me there last Friday for set dinner.It is a 4-course dinner. Appetiser Is Spanish Ham and Parma ham. It is full of lobster meat and scallop, which has a fresh seafood taste. The risotto texture is also creamy and well cooked with my favourite Parmesan cheese in it.The main dish I chose is Chicken Roulade.
The chicken roll remains tender and not dry in texture. The mixture of creamy foie gras and fried chopped mushroom give a rich flavour to it. It also has slices of black truffle to give the whole dish nice smell. Overall, The chicken roll tastes really good! Highly recommended!Dessert of the night is tiramisu.
It is soft and spongy. Although it js yellow in color, there is not much for taste of egg yolk but the strong taste of coffee indeed comes out. It is not too sweet so we think it just right for ending the meal.Before we leave, the waiter suggests us to walk up to top garden which is a nice quiet area overviewing the busy Central. It seems to be a good place for drinks as well!!
