Thick and creamy but portion is a bit too little
Love that all their dishes are served real hot
So you got like 20min to enjoy it before turning solid cold
Handmade pasta is quite yum
I will say the pasta is handled better than the ingredients
Very chewy texture
But the beef is not mixing with the pasta well
More like two separated dish
It’s also compulsory to order still or sparkling at around $50 per bottle
