If you are looking for authentic Japanese food, this not the place for you. This restaurant attempt to do Hong Kong local style version of Japanese food. By that logic, the food quality is somewhat passable.Uncle Ryan choose to order Ramen even though the place being more known for their Rice and Don. From the first bite, Uncle Ryan can tell the Ramen is microwaved..., and  that they forgot to put the spring onions (JM9). Even if the approach casual, it shouldn't lack consistency X_X and no rest

This restaurant attempt to do Hong Kong local style version of Japanese food. By that logic, the food quality is somewhat passable.
Uncle Ryan choose to order Ramen even though the place being more known for their Rice and Don. From the first bite, Uncle Ryan can tell the Ramen is microwaved..., and  that they forgot to put the spring onions (JM9). Even if the approach casual, it shouldn't lack consistency X_X and no restaurant should use microwave if there is only one customer (JM9 again) The food taste is passable, not terrible, but that not mean it good.
Lack of waiting time would normally be good thing for Uncle Ryan, but that only because there's no customer there at all (JM9...) Maybe because Covid-19. Ambience wise, feel like average Hong Kong restaurant, but Uncle Ryan can hear waiter and waitress talking, talking, talking... Uncle Ryan don't want to hear about your restaurant gossip. Usually, Waiter and Waitress should always try to look busy (fake it til you make it, right?)

If you going there casually, Uncle Ryan would say it pretty good and deliver the expected price. Just keep in mind that they not pro (or trying to be pro)
