This is different than the other hot pot places we have been in that it is not theszechuan style. Some of my Asian friends told me this is getting more popular. We ordered the chicken broth with the medium spicyness. To our surprise it wasn't just the broth but the entire chicken which the waiter (spoke English!) told us to eat that first and then he would add more soup and bring the rest of our food to cook in the hot pot. As always it was a fun experience to do with our friends from out of tow

As always it was a fun experience to do with our friends from out of town. We ordered the cheapest beef which was just fine for us (about 45$ compared to the premium beef which was up to $180). They had some other special fried items but we stuck with the usual veggies, mushrooms, beef, kurobuta pork, and udon (which were also a different variety).
