Tin Chi is your average Japanese Buffet and doesn't try to distinguish itself by proposing anything special.

For the price of $140 (plus service charge ) we were given a 2h buffet with your regular selection of sashimi (i.e. Salmon & amberjack), sushi, hot and cold dishes, as well as all you can drink soft drinks.

The food quality was on par with other buffets of that price range, and the tables are sufficiently big to accomodate your orders.

Incidentally, you can also chose to upgrade for $88 and get draft beer, sake, and a couple of extra selections on their food menu such as maguro.

The only downsides I encountered were a lack of choice in their basic sushi and sashimi menu and a higher tendency to miss orders than other Japanese buffets.

Overall, within the price range of $150, this place provides decent value for money. If however you want more selection, it would be best to find another place.
