After another heavy breakfast, I decided to come here for takeouts after shopping in Sheung Wan. Came a bit late - 1ish to almost 2pm and the a few selection of the half sandwiches were sold out. Picked the rosemary chicken and added a small soup. There were 2 selection of soup at the time: apple guava and chicken noodle and I thought apple guava sounded more "light" so I chose that.Well, the rosemary chicken sandwiches were fine, with mayo and cranberry sauce plus tomatos and lettuce. Well, the rosemary chicken sandwiches were fine, with mayo and cranberry sauce plus tomatos and lettuce. Very traditional combination that could not go wrong. For the apple guava soup, it was to my surprise that it was reddish in color, and after having my first sip of the soup, I realized it has beetroot in it, which was not my favourite kind of veg as it has a raw taste to it. However, I have no choice but to finish it, and after a few more spoonful, it actually did not taste that bad. However, I could not really taste the apple or guava in the soup.
All in all, for $45, I think this is ok in Sheung Wan/Central area, if you are looking for a light snack.
