Decent restaurant but terrible experience...

A decent restaurant with good staffs. Staffs performed very polite and helpful. Foods are good and cost reasonable. Frankly speaking the location is good and quiet, everything is perfect. But just one thing happened that my friend and I were shocked. There was a couple suddenly yelling at another table of customers with foul language. The contents were about they thought the kid of that table was making noise. But as a customer I would say the sound that kid made was just normal speaking voice.

But just one thing happened that my friend and I were shocked. There was a couple suddenly yelling at another table of customers with foul language. The contents were about they thought the kid of that table was making noise. But as a customer I would say the sound that kid made was just normal speaking voice. Honestly I did not even aware that family was sitting behind me until they were scolded. The couple yelled with foul language and said they hate kids so much, evening saying the restaurant is for neighbors only. Although everybody has the right to say whatever they want but given such a decent and high quality restaurant I would expect the staffs should manage those customer behaviours as I am pretty sure that incident did ruin all the customers’ experience. I would recommend for those adults and couple this restaurant as the atmosphere, foods and staffs are great. But if you are planning to go with kids, it might not be appropriate.
