I had an appointment at Windsor House, so I decided to grab a quick lunch before my appointment at 3pm.  Totoya is a restaurant under Mi-ne sushi, which is the first chain in Hong Kong to serve conveyor belt sushi that is made by hand versus machine.  Totoya doesn't have a conveyor belt, so you have to order off the menu.  Their lunch menu lasts till 5pm, so you can order it during afternoon tea hours as well.I got to the restaurant around 2:30 and was seated right away.  The chopsticks, napkins

I got to the restaurant around 2:30 and was seated right away.  The chopsticks, napkins, soy sauce, and wasabi were readily available on the table.  The menus were stacked along the wall, and there was a thermal pot on the table.  I ordered a coke light with my lunch set, so I wasn't sure what the pot was for.

I was seated directly across from the sushi bar, and there was only one sushi chef working at the time.

For any set lunch order, you can order a soda for $5, which is a pretty good deal.

I wanted to order the Spring Special uni sushi, but it was sold out that day.  Since that triggered my uni craving, I decided to order the Hokkaido Uni sushi instead.

Although the picture in the menu did show a tiny mound of wasabi on the uni, it was still a little off-putting to see the wasabi on my piece of sushi.

Hokkaido Uni Sushi: The uni sushi didn't look as nicely put together as the picture in the menu, but it tasted pretty good.  The Hokkaido uni was very pungent, and it tasted quite fresh.

My lunch set took a few minutes to be prepared, and the presentation looked pretty good.

The side salad that came with the set was an ordinary green salad.  It came with a sesame dressing, and the vegetables were pretty fresh.

The miso soup tasted just like any other miso soup, but the fried tofu strips were a nice touch.

The sushi were not top quality, but for $58, I wouldn't expect it to be top notch.  The fish were pretty decent for a lunch set.  My biggest critique would be the tamago was reheated for too long, and the egg became a bit rubbery.

If I didn't have an uni craving, my lunch would have been closer to around $60 which is a really good deal for a very decent sushi lunch!  Although the food is quite good for the value, the service is a little off.  The servers were not very attentive to the patrons even though the restaurant was almost empty when I was there.  It took a few minutes of my non-stop flagging to get a server's attention to get the check.  That's the reason why the service rating is the lowest amongst the rating values of this review.
