The wrapper was smooth and thin, the油條 was extremely crispy.

The base of the congee was fair, not too sticky or watery. There were a lot of ingredients, but I think it lacked some sesame oil, but in general, it was pretty good.

 The only problem with this restaurant at IFC is the long queue. A minimum of 30 minutes wait is pretty standard, but then, I do think the food worth the wait for sure!
