I decided to order their signature blend: the New Orleans-Style  Cold Brew ($48). It's so popular, they sell this as DIY kits in the US and is the drink usually ordered in Tokyo and when boyfriend was in LA, he ordered this, too. It's a really nice blend of chicory and coffee.  But what I got was a far cry from what  we usually ordered. It was just a milky sweet drink that seemed more like the coffee found at a  cha chan teng. It had no depth. It wasn't smooth and rich. It surprised me that this branch couldn't recreate this very drink. It made me wary to come back and try something else. Definitely disappointed.
