Noodies emphasizes NO MSG added so I can also enjoy a bowl of healthy noodles even I dine out. When I went there, most of the customers were students. I think that's probably because the price was reasonable and relatively affordable in this district for students. You can already feed your stomach very well at about HKD55(a bowl of noodles including 3 ingredients).

Noodies was like "cart noodles". You can mix & match by choosing different soups, noodles and ingredients. I undoubtedly opted for laksa (+$6) using Korean noodles while for ingredients, I chose egg, hand shredded chicken(手撕雞) and mussels. The laksa was great! Very rich and flavorful. It had strong coconut flavor with mild shrimp and seafood taste. Spiciness was not too evident though. Since no MSG added, I didn't feel thirsty at all even though I couldn't help drinking the soup. Hand shredded chicken was recommended too.
