To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The third and final stop of my food trip at Sai Ying Pun. The tables are quite limited so book in advance as it can be quite full at times. Their Set lunch menu included drinks but you can order their special drinks instead for a $20 discount.We had the a-la-carte Aged Parma Ham with Mozzarella Cheese and Melon. We had the a-la-carte Aged Parma Ham with Mozzarella Cheese and Melon. Not only was it beautiful to look at,  the parma ham was fragrant without being too salty and even eating it alone was a delicious treat.

 The salmon was outstanding. The skin was very crispy and even my friend was able to hear its crispiness when I cut through the salmon. The salmon was still pink inside and moist.  The white raddish was also delicious.

 For desserts, despite the mixed berries panna cotta looked like a nice summer garden, the flavors of the tiramisu won our hearts.
Would love to come again.
