每次嚟 Ambrosia 都會有新驚喜,仲一次比一次好。今次新上任嘅總廚 Chef Arnolfo 為 Ambrosia 推出咗一個期間限定八道品味套餐 (Degustation Menu)。Oyster Involtino意式水牛芝士捲法國生蠔配乳酪青瓜汁很喜歡這個水牛芝士,水牛芝士捲著甜美嘅生蠔,配著青瓜汁令這道菜變得清新Octopus Carpaccio八爪魚薄切沙律切得好薄嘅八爪魚,非常清甜。配上黑醋和橄欖油,令人變得食慾大增Foie Gras Terrine干邑葡萄酒漬鵝肝醬伴鮮果及砵酒汁香濃幼滑嘅鵝肝加上芒果肉,完全唔會漏Pumpkin Risotto南瓜意大利飯配芝士及黑醋汁有時會好怕食意大利食,因為怕會好漏,但這個意大利一啲都唔漏,食完仲覺得開胃添。秘訣在於芝士汁上面畫成圖案嘅黑醋汁,微微嘅酸味即時令這道意大利飯不帶漏Red Prawn Linguine意大利紅蝦扁意粉配開心果及鮮薄荷葉鮮甜嘅紅蝦配上濃郁嘅龍蝦汁嘅扁意粉,簡直係完美Baked Sea Bass焗野生鮮鱸魚配薯仔忌廉及沙律唔太好食魚嘅我,但很喜歡這味鱸魚,焗過嘅鱸魚外層香脆,配撘著忌廉薯仔好好味Chate
