Spending my first visit at Chateau, the restaurant was 10 mins from Exit C, Hong Kong MTR Station, 15 mins from Central MTR station on Hollywood Road. The restaurant was dark and hip, with classy settings. We made our way at a comfortable corner in the restaurant. Worth mentioning, the oysers were memorably good! It was so fresh and succulent! They offered 3 types of oysters with corresponding origins and preservation methods, all uniquely flavoured,very impressive taste! Oyster lovers should not miss the chance to devour it!

Well executed cod fish that was crispy on the outside and tender,succulent at the centre! You would definitely want to gobble it all up with the inviting champagne garnish sauce too!

Perfect ending to satisfy my desserts' craving! The tart pastry lack a bit of crust-factor, but the fruits gave way to great balance of acidity, the sweet and sour pleasure to a memorable end!
